First core lies in mixing.We abandon conventional high-speed blades mixer and customize oil heating screw mixing system.The system can adjust to season and humidity through intelligent control.The screw-blade mixing process gives even mixing and removes moisture. Laying a pure foundation for the substrate.
Second core is micro structure. Ratio of PVC to stone powder determines the quality. Conventional formula is 1 to 3.3, while we can realize 1 to 2.98 golden ratio, ensuring complete encapsulation, thus intensity and tenacity balanced. SPC is made of PVC and powder, and powder cannot be polymerized to board. It must rely on the melted PVC for wrapping and sticking. We ensure a perfect match between temp and screw speed to ensure stable extrusion pressure. Precise temperature and pressure control plus the golden ratio allow even and complete wrap of each powder particle by melted PVC.Ensuring substrate’s stable molecular structure.
Current 250A±5A. Stable pressure ensures tight connection of substrate’s molecular structure in the post plasticizing zone. The auxiliary materials are all extracted by the negative pressure system. Conventional vacuum pumps are unstable with only 9 kilograms pressure. Our vacuum system is stable every second with 12 kilograms pressure. Thus no fine pores or impurities generated blocking moisture and alkaline substances. Alkaline substances react with the powder and only when powder particles are completely wrapped by PVC can they resist the alkaline substances and moisture.Otherwise expansion occurs.
Third core is UV coating process. Coating thickness ≧28g/m²,higher than conventional 18 g/m². It ensures full addition of ceramic beads wear and scratch resistant.
To eliminate internal stress in the coating and prevent warping, we adopt annealing instead of cooling for solidification and customize special energy for each solidification lamp.
We use Japanese slotting equipment to ensure precision of cutting and slotting. 100% inspection for each step of production ensure that every floorboard is free of defects. Experimental tests yielded equilibrium point data.
Our Intensity of 28 MPa tenacity of 7-10mm, much higher than peer product’s intensity of 23 Mpa tenacity of 3-5mm.
