Facing intensified homogenized competition, our company has adopted a "design + technology" dual-engine strategy to carve out a differentiated track.
Product development: An independent design center was established, with an average annual investment of 5% of revenue in research and development. A series of products such as wood grain and marble grain were launched. The design library exceeded 500 items, and 15 design patents were obtained.
Production and manufacturing: Introduce Japanese CNC grooving machines, improving the floor splicing accuracy to ±0.2mm. Certified by ISO 9001:2015, the quality control system covers 12 processes from raw material inspection to random inspection of finished products.
Service deepening: Sign confidentiality agreements with customers, commit to exclusive protection of design intellectual property rights, and increase the proportion of ODM orders from 20% to 45%.
